Oculocerebrorenal syndrome,

(also called Lowe's syndrome), hypotonia at birth with developmental delay. Delayed physical development, cataract and glaucoma, and renal tubular dysfunction are the main features. There is also hypophosphataemic rickets. Radiologically, the features are those of osteoporosis and rickets. For a general description, see Lowes syndrome.
